The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our talented bar team at Town. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving drinks with a smile, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your creativity and passion for mixology will help elevate the bar to new heights, while your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure a consistent product.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to our guests.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and enhance our drink offerings.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant (approx. 1-2 years).
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality drinks.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
