The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll craft quality drinks, deliver memorable guest experiences, and uphold the high standards our bar is known for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure accuracy in daily inventory checks.
  • Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
  • Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Solid understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.

  • Competitive Pay & Earning Potential: £15.50 - £16.50 per hour typical take-home pay, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc).
  • Hours & rota: full-time, 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance.
