What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision and lead public health strategy across three vibrant towns
  • Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team delivering shared services
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, health equity, and innovative interventions
  • Build powerful partnerships with Boards of Health, state agencies, and community leaders
  • Respond to emerging public health threats with strength and agility
  • Oversee health inspections, communicable disease investigations, and community wellness initiatives
  • Champion culturally competent outreach and education efforts
  • Write grants, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with MDPH regulations
  • Facilitate the work of the Alliance’s Advisory Board to maintain momentum and accountability
  • Represent the Alliance at the local, regional, and state levels

Who You Are

  • A collaborative, strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, Environmental Health, or related field (Master’s strongly preferred)
  • A seasoned professional with 4+ years in public health leadership, including supervisory and program management experience
  • An expert in MA public health law, grant writing, and intergovernmental collaboration
  • A skilled communicator, advocate, and connector, just as comfortable in a policy discussion as in a community centre
  • Ready to travel throughout the region and adapt quickly in emergencies
