The Assistant Swimming Instructor works alongside the Lead Swimming Instructor to deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons for children of various age groups and skill levels. This role is ideal for candidates who love working with children, are comfortable in the water, and are eager to help students build water confidence and develop essential swimming skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong swimming ability
- Comfort working in a pool environment
- Knowledge of pool safety rules, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to take direction well
- Maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
- Build cooperative relationships with colleagues, children, and parents
A valid motor vehicle operator's license is preferred.
