About the Position: PASTRY Chef de Partie (CDP) – High-End Kitchen
We are looking for a highly skilled Pastry CDP to run the pastry section independently in a Michelin-level kitchen. This is a ONE-person role requiring strength, speed, and exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
You must be confident managing the section alone, maintaining very high standards of consistency, organisation, and presentation throughout service. Only candidates with STRONG fine dining or Michelin-level pastry experience will be considered.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry CDP in fine dining or Michelin-standard kitchens
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service
- Strong guest focus with a natural, confident presence
- Strong technical skills, organisation, and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and reliability

- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential £37,000 - £42,000 indicative annual earnings (based on a 7 shifts week).
