The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Waiter to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional table service, create memorable dining experiences, and uphold the high standards our restaurant is known for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable service from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar, and serve items to the highest standard.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring every detail of their experience exceeds expectations.
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented service areas throughout the shift.
- Support your teammates to ensure seamless coordination between floor, bar, and kitchen.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a high-end restaurant, brasserie, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

- Hours & rota: full‑time, 5 days including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance. (OFF every Sunday & Monday)
