About the Chef de Partie Position

We are seeking a skilled, disciplined, and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our high-standard kitchen team. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that demands precision, consistency, professionalism, and strong attention to detail at all times.

About the Pastry Chef de Partie

We are looking for a highly skilled and disciplined Pastry Chef de Partie to independently run the pastry section within our high-end kitchen. This is a one-person section requiring strength, speed, organisation, and exceptional attention to detail under pressure. You must be confident managing the section alone while maintaining consistently high standards of preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout. Only candidates with strong pastry experience will be considered.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in high-end kitchens as a Chef de Partie/Pastry CDP
  • Ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure during busy service
  • Strong technical cooking/pastry skills, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of HACCP procedures and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and reliability
  • Passion for quality ingredients and high-level cooking
  • Ability to manage and maintain a section independently
