The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Events Coordinator, with strong hospitality & management experience to join our leadership team at Motorino.
In this role, you will support the General manager in daily operations & inhouse events, ensuring that our high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

- What You’ll Do
- Host onsite events, supporting the group Events manager.
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Support in training and developing staff to provide outstanding service and uphold our brand values.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with guests, handle queries or complaints, and foster a positive dining experience.
- Work closely with the management team to implement new initiatives and strategies for enhancing service and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events, all levels considered.
- Management role in the hospitality industry (approx. 2+ years).
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Benefits
- £48,00./50,000 indicative annual earnings (based on a 48-hour week).
- Hours & rota: full‑time, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance.
- Holiday: 28 days per year including public holidays (pro rata).
