We are on the lookout for a skilled and creative Grill Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at Town, one of London's most talked-about openings and a restaurant that has earned five-star reviews from the country's leading food critics.

At the helm is Stevie Parle, one of the most respected chefs of his generation and a cook known for his obsessive focus on suppliers, seasonality and produce-led cooking.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, taking charge of a specific section and ensuring every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard.
You will work with exceptional ingredients, at pace, in a busy and ambitious kitchen — and you will have genuine scope to develop your craft under the guidance of our senior chefs.

- What You’ll Do
- Manage and run the Grill section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes to specification, maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant.
- Manage your section effectively, ensuring impeccable organization, cleanliness, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food hygiene standards.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie on a Grill section, in a high-pressure kitchen environment (approx. 2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of modern British cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to work well with others and lead by example in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential
- £16-£17 per hour inc tronc.
- Hours & rota: full‑time, 4 days over 6 shifts including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance. Sunday OFF.
- Holiday: 28 days per year including public holidays (pro rata).
