The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar team at Town London Ltd. In this role, you will oversee all bar operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional drinks and service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance. You will be pivotal in driving sales, managing staff, and creating an engaging and efficient bar environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staffing, inventory control, and ordering.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus in collaboration with the team.
- Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budgeting.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar environment.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior role within a busy bar or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- High standards for cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Legal right to work in the UK.

- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential: £19.50 – per hour typical take-home pay, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc).
