We are looking for an experienced and organised Events Head Chef to lead our hotels events and banqueting kitchen operation. This role is focused mainly on delivering high-quality food for weddings, corporate functions and special events, with occasional breakfast cover in the absence of the Breakfast Chef.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent planning skills, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.
