The Role We are looking for an experienced Head of People to lead the human resources function across Town Hall Hotel, partnering closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team.
This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone who is equally comfortable shaping people strategy and getting involved in day-to-day employee relations, recruitment, and policy work in a fast-paced, independent hotel environment.
