The business is structured across three pillars:
- Spaces: three extraordinary event spaces that are flexible, design-led environments for hosting experiences and bringing ideas to life
- Society: a private members club offering space for connection, work, and community (coming soon)
This is an opportunity to join Townhall at a formative stage of growth, shaping how we operate and scale the brand and business. The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in representing and pitching the business to prospective Partners, Patrons and Sponsors, converting these relationships into live contracts, driving revenue for the department and wider business as a whole, as well as generating organic marketing exposure and effective membership acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively presenting and pitching the business, brand and cultural programme to prospective partners.
- Cultivating, researching and keeping an up-to-date active Partnership pipeline of orgs/brands/companies, ultimately understanding their 2026-2027 business objectives and KPIs in order to be able to target for relevant opportunities.
- Managing the “Business Membership” project/programme – continuing to pitch the offering externally to local orgs, securing, onboarding, execution, relationship point-person.
- Keeping finger on the pulse with wider opportunities across the business and how these can be best utilised and converted/packaged for Partnerships.
- Building a Patrons network and securing Patrons on contract for 2027 and beyond.
- Creative mindset, fostering the very best offering for our Partners.
- A strong brand advocate, sensitive to our tone-of-voice and luxury offering.
