The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator will work in partnership with leaders and colleagues across the organisation to design, coordinate and deliver high quality learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives that reflect our culture and support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and administer the full range of activities within our annual People Development Programme.
- Support compliance against statutory, regulatory and internal audit requirements.
- Work closely with the Peabody Group to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Kallidus learning management system (LMS), ensuring that digital learning content is relevant, user‑friendly and aligned to our local operating model.
- Design, coordinate and deliver high quality learning, development and wellbeing initiatives that reflect our culture and support our strategic goals.
About the Organisation:
We provide more than 13,000 homes across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Over the years we have invested heavily in our homes and continue to do so as part of the Peabody Group. We promote hybrid working and have more than 300 employees based in various locations across our operating area.
