Town & Country Housing invites applications for a Surveying and Disrepair Manager to own our response to Awaab's Law, disrepair, damp and mould, and resident safety. You will lead a resident-focused surveying service, ensuring compliance, driving service excellence and informing strategic decisions across the organisation.
In partnership with Repairs, Assets and Compliance teams, you will oversee complex cases, monitor budgets, analyse trends and report performance to senior leaders.
