Town & Country Housing is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver a customer-focused housing management service across a designated patch. You will support tenancy sustainment, estate management, resident engagement and respond to low-level anti-social behaviour, building strong relationships with residents and partners.
You’ll visit estates, maintain records and work with agencies to maintain tenancy conditions, while contributing to neighbourhood improvements.
