We are looking for a skilled and motivated Repairs and Maintenance Operative - Voids to join our team. In this role, you will help prepare empty properties for new residents, ensuring homes are brought up to a high lettable standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong trade skills who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and making a real difference to local communities. You will have good all-round trade skills, experience working within social housing or a similar maintenance environment, and a strong understanding of safe working practices. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to use mobile devices to receive and record work activities. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a great team player. Strong communication skills, excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively will help you succeed in this role.
