We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Repairs and Maintenance Operative to join our responsive repairs team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining our homes and delivering high-quality repair services that make a real difference to our residents. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you., As a Repairs and Maintenance Operative, you will carry out a range of routine and emergency repairs, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll use a PDA to receive and update work orders, accurately record works completed, and provide photographic evidence where required. You will aim to resolve repairs on the first visit wherever possible, keep residents informed throughout the process, and work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding repairs service. You'll also be responsible for maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment and ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.,

  • This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months).

    You’ll have strong all-round trade skills and experience working within social housing repairs or a similar maintenance environment. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with confidence using mobile technology to manage and record work. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of quality. A proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safe working practices will help you succeed in this role.

    Annual Salary 40,660
