What you'll do

  • Supporting residents to maximise their income and financial wellbeing through advice, guidance, and any onward referral to help people manage their money and prepare for changes in welfare benefit.
  • Assisting with welfare benefit claims, grants, and financial support applications, including appeals and challenges to benefit decisions.
  • Providing budgeting and money management support, maintaining accurate case records and performance data, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure residents access the specialist support they need.
  • Developing strong partnerships and referral networks to deliver effective, customer-focused financial inclusion services.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months)
