We are looking for an organised and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants, home adaptations, loans, and related services. The role is key to helping vulnerable people maintain their independence by providing practical guidance, coordinating adaptations, and managing cases from referral through to completion.

You will manage customers through the Disabled Facilities Grant and home adaptation process, providing support, advice, and guidance from initial enquiry to completion. The role involves carrying out customer visits, coordinating applications and paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies to help customers live independently.

You'll have strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Experience in administration, customer support, and record management is important, along with a commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and delivering a high-quality service to vulnerable individuals.

This is a part time role working 26 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (10:00 to 17:00). Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027.
