We are seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our HR Team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of training and development, wellbeing initiatives, and recruitment administration.
This a two year fixed term contract while you study for your level 3 business administration apprenticeship.
What you'll be doing Working under the guidance of experienced team members you'll assist in key areas like email inbox management, organising training and wellbeing sessions, coordinating bookings, raising purchase orders and ensuring high standards in data protection and compliance.
This role offers structured learning and skill building in organisation, communication, and project coordination while giving you the opportunity of exploring the different careers in the Housing Sector With mentorship and hands-on experience, you'll grow your skill set and explore opportunities for personal and professional development.

- Assistingthe L&D Coordinatorin organising training sessions, wellbeing events, inviting staff to attend by email and diary invites, ordering lunches, setting uproomsandprinting anymaterials and registers.
- Supporting the daily administration ofthe recruitment and learning and development teams.
- Handling data securely and ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Raising purchase orders and inputting spend on the budget sheet.
- Meet and greet candidates who arrive for interviews.
- Assistwith the coordination of induction sessions fornew staff.
During your 15 to 18 month apprenticeship you will
- Dedicate at least 20% of your working hours to training or studying by attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to gain essential knowledge in the field.
- Participate in off and on-the-job training to apply your learning in real-world scenarios, enhancing your practical skills and understanding.
- Complete assignments, assessments, and coursework to fulfil the programmes requirements.
- Engage in 1:1 sessions and performance reviews, providing valuable insights for personal growth and skill development.
- Receive mentoring and support from experienced professionals, offering guidance to help you succeed.
- Have opportunities for career development within the company, exploring potential growth and advancement.
- Complete a final end point assessment to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and competence at the end of your apprenticeship.
If you have not yet achieved a Level 2 in Functional Skills in math's and English (or equivalent, such as GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4), you will also be required to complete these qualifications during your apprenticeship
