We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Officer to join our Contracts & Compliance team and play a key role in supporting our response to the increasing volume of damp and mould cases, as well as new housing hazards that fall within the scope of Awaab's Law. This is an important position that helps ensure our residents live in safe, healthy homes while supporting compliance with evolving legislation.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide a proactive and customer-focused service, helping to monitor completed works, coordinate inspections, support complaint handling, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Salary: £30,990

Hours of work: 35 per week

Contract: 6 month secondment

Probation Period: 6 Months

Notice Period: 1 Month
