We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Manager to play a vital role in creating safe, thriving communities. In this dynamic role, you will manage a diverse housing patch, acting as a visible ambassador for the organisation and building strong relationships with residents, partners, and local stakeholders.
You will deliver high-quality tenancy and estate management services, support sustainable tenancies, and lead on resolving anti-social behaviour through a proactive, partnership-led approach. From conducting home visits and tenancy audits to supporting new lettings and tackling community safety issues, you will ensure our neighbourhoods are well-managed and welcoming.
You will also work collaboratively with internal teams, the police, and community organisations, contributing to local initiatives and improvement plans that enhance the environment and resident experience. With a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will handle resident concerns and complaints effectively while identifying opportunities to deliver efficient, cost-effective services.
