We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive person with strong communication skills and experience in housing or neighbourhood management. You’ll be organised and able to manage your own workload, handling a range of tenancy and estate matters. You’ll have a solution-focused approach, you’ll build strong relationships with residents and partners, address anti-social behaviour, and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.
What you’ll do
You will manage a patch of properties, delivering a high-quality, responsive housing management service. You’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, handle anti-social behaviour cases, and ensure homes are let efficiently. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and external agencies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe neighbourhoods, improving local environments, and using customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 35 hours a week. The salary is between £36,042 - £41,645 dependent on experience.
