Town & Country Housing Group is seeking an Estate Services Officer to help maintain safe, clean and well-managed neighbourhoods for residents.
You will inspect communal areas, identify maintenance and health and safety issues, and ensure actions are carried out effectively, in collaboration with residents, colleagues, contractors and community representatives.
The role is 35 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract ending in March 2027, with a 6-month probation and a 1-month notice period.
