We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive person with strong communication skills and experience in housing or neighbourhood management. You’ll be organised and able to manage your own workload, handling a range of tenancy and estate matters. You'll have a solution-focused approach, you’ll build strong relationships with residents and partners, address anti-social behaviour, and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.
Salary: £36,042
Hours of work: 35 per week
Contract: 6 month secondment
Probation Period: 6 Months
Notice Period: 1 Month
