Part-time, Fixed-term – 27 hours per week, Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £22,140 per annum. Contract: Fixed term, ends 31 March 2027. Location: Tunbridge Wells.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residents, building relationships and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Carry out needs and risk assessments.
  • Identify underlying causes of hoarding behaviours.
  • Develop practical solutions that promote independence and safety.
  • Liaise with partner agencies and make referrals to specialist services.
  • Maintain accurate case records.
  • Champion the Home Straight service within the community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable people, either professionally or through voluntary work.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with empathy, self-motivation, and a commitment to helping people make positive changes.
  • Knowledge of local support services, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Full driving licence, access to an insured vehicle, and willingness to work flexibly across different locations.
