Salary: £22,140 per annum. Contract: Fixed term, ends 31 March 2027. Location: Tunbridge Wells.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residents, building relationships and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
- Carry out needs and risk assessments.
- Identify underlying causes of hoarding behaviours.
- Develop practical solutions that promote independence and safety.
- Liaise with partner agencies and make referrals to specialist services.
- Maintain accurate case records.
- Champion the Home Straight service within the community.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people, either professionally or through voluntary work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with empathy, self-motivation, and a commitment to helping people make positive changes.
- Knowledge of local support services, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Full driving licence, access to an insured vehicle, and willingness to work flexibly across different locations.
