To fully action and coordinate the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants and other home adaptations and provide information and guidance to promote independent living.
This role supports our customers throughout the grant and adaptation process, from initial contact to completion. With an eye for detail, you will assume the full responsibility of coordinating all aspects of casework, liaising with technical and non-technical staff, contractors and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner, whilst fully supporting our varying customer base.
