Role Summary
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants, home adaptations, loans, and related services. The role is key to helping vulnerable people maintain their independence by providing practical guidance, coordinating adaptations, and managing cases from referral through to completion
Salary: 19,657.13
Hours of work: 26 per week
Contract: Fixed Term - 31st March 2027
Probation Period: 6 Months
Notice Period: 1 Month
