The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Deliver planned maintenance and improvement projects from inception to completion including preparation of brief and contract documentation, procurement, contract administration, valuations and associated budget management. Projects are to be delivered either in house or via consultants.
This role is based in Epsom, Surrey (but with the flexibility to travel to our Kent stock), therefore you will be required to have your own car and full driving licence.
Hours: 35 hours per week
