Experienced Mortgage Administrator / Case Processor (Part-Time – 4 Days Per Week) Office Based Town & Country Mortgage Services Ltd, Luton LU2 - Salary £32,000 OTE. Brokerage Experience Essential.
We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Administrator who is currently working — or has recently worked — within a mortgage brokerage environment. This is not an entry-level role. We require someone confident in fully processing mortgage applications across multiple lenders from submission through to completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing mortgage cases from point of sale to offer, ensuring a smooth, compliant and efficient journey for both broker and client. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing full mortgage applications to a wide range of lenders
- Accurately packaging and submitting cases
- Liaising with underwriters, BDMs, solicitors and clients
- Managing and updating pipeline systems
- Chasing outstanding documentation and conditions
- Ensuring compliance documentation is complete
- Supporting brokers with structured case progression
- Maintaining high service standards and meeting deadlines
This is a structured, fast-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail and ownership of cases are essential.
