Responsibilities
As a Painter and Decorator your role will involve carrying out general painting and decorating maintenance work to a high standard with the minimum of supervision, which will include specifically focusing on damp & mould build-up within the properties. The Painter and Decorator will cover most aspects of property maintenance, taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs, operating within Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters.
Salary: £38,000
Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week, core business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent
Coverage: North, East, South and West Kent
