Town and Country Housing in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Property Officer to join the Contracts & Compliance team. The role focuses on post-inspections of damp, mould and other hazards to ensure homes meet safety standards and legislative requirements.
You will arrange inspections, maintain records, act as a main contact for residents on Awaab's Law enquiries, and work with repairs teams, contractors and surveyors to resolve issues while supporting audits and digital improvements.
