As the Supervisor you will lead the team of trades people and sub‑contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties across various locations around the Tunbridge Wells and Medway area. You will motivate, coach and retain our tradespeople and ensure commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.

Salary: £45,000

Hours of work: 42.5 per week

Based: Monson House, Tunbridge Wells
