We are seeking a detail‑driven and highly organised individual to support the effective financial administration of our rent and service charge activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening our income management processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of essential financial systems. You will contribute to the integrity of our service charge control accounts, support the accurate posting of income, and assist in the development of robust procedures that enhance efficiency across the organisation. What you'll do
- You will support the accurate posting of all income, ensuring financial data is maintained to a high standard and working with stakeholders to improve processing efficiency.
- You will assist the Rent & Service Charge Manager with preparing and reconciling service charge budgets, maintaining financial records, supporting invoicing processes, and liaising with colleagues on service costs.
- You will also help manage rent administration by maintaining affordable rent information, supporting rent setting for lettings, and ensuring data accuracy across all rent‑related activities.
