The predicted salary is between 18500 - 25000 £ per year.

Working with Contracts and Compliance colleagues and under the direction of the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, the apprenticeship will be for the duration of 24 months and will include working as part of the Contracts and Compliance team, predominantly drafting specifications for responsive repairs at our properties.

Liaise with internal and external customers and service providers. The apprenticeship will provide you with a structured learning path to gain practical experience across various building surveying functions while learning essential skills in organisation, communication, and project coordination.

Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will provide technical support in the delivery of those programmes.
