As a Carpenter Multi you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. The Carpenter Multi takes ownership of work, aiming for "First time Fix" on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters.
