We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Lead to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring robust financial and contractual controls, and maximising business value across our operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with operational, procurement and finance teams, leading a high-performing commercial function that supports business growth, profitability and excellent service delivery.

As Commercial Lead, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of the business, ensuring effective management of costs, revenue, cash flow and supply chain relationships. You will lead and develop the commercial team, drive a culture of accountability and commercial awareness, and provide strategic support to senior management. Your role will include monitoring financial performance, managing contract compliance, overseeing variations and valuations, supporting tendering activities, and ensuring the business secures its full commercial entitlement while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you will bring significant commercial management experience, ideally within a construction, repairs or property services environment. You will have excellent analytical and data interrogation skills, advanced Excel capability, strong contractual knowledge and proven negotiation skills. A Quantity Surveying degree, or equivalent industry experience, is essential. We are looking for a confident leader who can build strong relationships at all levels, develop high-performing teams, resolve challenges collaboratively, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering business results while embodying our values and culture.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with an annual salary of £60,000.
