Our Senior Care Assistants are part of a dedicated and highly trained team that is hardworking and motivated by delivering great service.
You will be at the heart of our service and support our ladies and gentlemen to communicate while understanding their individual needs and building empowering relationships with them.

In this role you will
- Promote, supervise, and ensure that high standards of care are provided.
- Support the Nurses to provide a high level of clinical service delivery.
- Promote and ensure high standards of professional practise are maintained which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the individuals.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the service.
- Provide person centred care in a safe, warm and friendly environment in conjunction with Towerviews visions and values. xgikmsk
- Carry out clinical/nursing activities/audits/risk assessments/reviews based on training and competencies of an Assistant Practitioner.
