About The Role
To manage and be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative procedures within the home as directed by the Registered Manager and Matron / Deputy Manager.
To provide reception cover in the absence of the receptionist.
Promoting the Home and Towerview Care Group.
What we are looking for someone to:
Maintain accurate and complete financial records of Towerview Care in line with Company policies and procedures, using computer and manual systems.
Ensure Coldharbour is maintained at all times.Ensuring rosters are kept up to date and 12 weeks of rolling rosters are on at all times.Daily exceptions are undertaken, weekly checks and weeks are committed.Ensure weekly payroll checks are checked against Coldharbour rosters, staff log in, sickness and annual leave recorded and hours transferred onto payroll submission forms.
