Towerview Care are recruiting for a Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Bridge Burton Trent Court, Burton On Trent.
The role involves providing outstanding person-centered care and being instrumental in delivering Towerview's Wellbeing and Engagement programme. Our programme focuses on five areas of stimulation that can help to enhance a person's physical and mental wellbeing and contribute to a good quality of life.
Working with residents, their families, and the wider care team, you will help create an engaging and stimulating environment that enables individuals to live their lives the way they want to.
You will be responsible for designing and organising, in conjunction with the people we support, a range of person-centred, stimulating, meaningful, and engaging activities within the home and local community.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Encouraging colleagues, residents, relatives, and friends to participate in the home's Wellbeing programme.
