Experienced in Credit Control and Sage 50? We'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller with strong Sage 50 experience to join our small finance team in Cannock during an exciting period of business growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, manage aged debt and contribute to improvements in credit control processes with a growing care provider. You'll be joining a collaborative team where your financial expertise, attention to detail and ability to manage customer relationships will be valued.

Essential skills and experience
Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Debt Recovery or a comparable finance role. Practical working experience of Sage 50 accounting software. Experience managing aged debt, outstanding balances and payment collections. Confidence communicating with customers, negotiating payments and resolving financial queries. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Effective organisation and time management skills. The ability to manage competing priorities, investigate issues and work independently. A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team. Desirable experience
Experience using Coldharbour or other financial management systems. Previous experience within the care sector, financial services or high-volume collections. Experience supporting improvements to credit control procedures or debt recovery processes. Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
