Supporting people living with dementia, mental health issues and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults.
The role would suit someone who is able to multi-task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. The role is 42 hours per week.
The combination of a professional nursing team who are RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified enables us to provide a holistic person-centred clinical care. Our Nursing teams have the opportunity to progress their professional development towards Matron, Registered Manager or clinical specialisms funded by TVC.

You will work alongside and be supported by an internal multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behavioural Specialists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Specialists and Nutritionists.
