Supporting people living with dementia, mental health issues and behaviours that may challenge We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults. The role would suit someone who is able to multi task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. The combination of a professional nursing team who are RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified enables us to provide a holistic person centred clinical care. Our Nursing teams have the opportunity to progress their professional development towards Matron, Registered Manager or clinical specialisms funded by TVC. Towerview Care is a group with a longstanding service striving to make changes and promote health and well-being. You will work alongside and be supported by an internal multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behavioural Specialists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Specialists and Nutritionists this means commitment to nursing and hard work, for this we offer: Shift of 12hrs 15mins (for handover)
