We are reaching an exciting time in our development and have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Worker (working 37.5 hours per week) to join our team at Burton and Trent Court. You will be responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance on the nursing care home adhering to Health.
- A proven ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team; On Call required.
- Commitment to a service, which provides support to vulnerable individuals, and which is respectful and according to the individuals' wishes.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, Managers and other persons with a legitimate interest in the service.
- Ability to work within a regional maintenance team and support other homes within the region if required.
