SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Essential:
Previous HR administrative skills and experience ideally in recruitment
Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with different audiences in a friendly, professional manner.
A strong attention to detail
Robust IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational and planning skills with a strong ability to work under pressure, juggling several tasks at once. xiskglj
