Supporting people living with dementia, mental health issues and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults. The role would suit someone who is able to multi-task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
The combination of a professional nursing team who are RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified enables us to provide a holistic person-centred clinical care. Our Nursing teams have the opportunity to progress their professional development towards Matron, Registered Manager or clinical specialisms funded by TVC.
