Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Case Management Specialist role based in Crawley. The Case Management Specialist will manage a variety of cases to support our clients, field agents and recovery team, ensuring each case is progressed efficiently and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake assessments
- Gathering and verifying documentation
- Maintaining accurate case records
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Providing clear updates to clients
- Escalating complex issues as needed
