TowerBrook Capital Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst based in the London office to join its highly dynamic global Compliance team consisting of a Chief Compliance Officer and three other dedicated compliance team members across New York, London and Milan.
The Compliance Analyst will co-report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance Director, and assist the team across a broad range of compliance and operational activities, with a particular focus on Code of Ethics administration. The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a collaborative, high-performing compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Code of Ethics administration, including onboarding of new personal brokerage accounts and electronic broker feeds, monitoring personal trading activity and reconciling against trade requests
- Maintain Code of Ethics breach report and suite of quarterly compliance reports, tracking resolution of breaches
- Conduct compliance onboarding interviews and training sessions with new joiners, and run the compliance exit process for all leavers
- Act as system administrator for the Intapp Employee Compliance system for personal disclosures and requests, and maintenance of Restricted List and Grey List
- Develop and lead firmwide compliance trainings on topics including conflicts, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence
- Support annual regulatory mock audits across SEC, FCA and FINRA regimes
- Collaborate with IT Team on cybersecurity and business continuity programs, including coordination of monthly phishing tests and annual phone tree tests, maintenance of Business Continuity Plan and administration of the firm’s Key Outsourced Vendors
- Identify opportunities to streamline compliance monitoring, testing and reporting workflows through automation and AI tools, and take ownership of building and implementing technology solutions
- Stay current with relevant regulatory developments and changes
- Act as on-site point person for inquiries and questions regarding employee compliance
Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (including 2026 graduates)
- Prior work experience, internships, coursework or other demonstrated interest in legal, business, compliance, finance, operations or a related field preferred
- Fluency with AI tools; experience building or implementing AI-driven tools to automate workflows a plus
