Responsibilities
- Manage all administration and data pulling required for allocated projects and set up smart sheet trackers to monitor progress.
- Chase rebates and set up annual trackers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support preparation for supplier meetings and QBRs.
- Provide product alternative suggestions for the sales team, including specification and price evaluation.
- Manage price files, perform analysis, import data, and investigate price discrepancies.
- Log and track team savings and update the team via Bloom.
- Ensure project costs are logged and pro forma invoices are managed effectively.
- Manage new supplier set‑ups related to projects.
- Utilise Arcus system to input and monitor tenders, audits, supplier information, and ESG data as necessary.
- Maintain Core Range Planners and ensure data is updated in PIM (product information management).
- Manage all project product setups on the system.
- Support audit and ESG processes, provide and chase information as required.
- Support tender sourcing by collating information gathered by the team and logging savings in the system.
- Ensure FR & Arc clothing compliance, keep documents and certifications up to date and available on PIM.
- Work with the team to continually develop technical skills (e.g., measuring, specifications, size charts).
